Returns & Refunds

At Hung On Wood, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must have arrived damaged or defective

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hungonwood.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will review your request and respond with next steps.

Refunds

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error

Return Shipping

  • If a return is required for an approved damaged or defective item, Hung On Wood will cover return shipping costs

  • We will provide return instructions if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund

  • Custom and personalized items are final sale, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival
