At Hung On Wood, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our work, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with any issues, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. We'll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.
While we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or personal preference, we truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right.
Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
